Roasted: zucchini, sauteed: romano beans, peas, marinated: rancho gordo brown tepary beans w/ yuzu, olive oil, paprika, steamed: red, yellow and black quinoa (from La Yapa)raw, mixed baby lettuces, heirloom carrots,dressing: plum mustard.
